Patternitecture

Our start point to create pattern was experiencing abilities of paper like cut and fold which would give us a variation of modules.
Our component is made from joining of three same shaped low polies in three equal orientations sticking from end faces and create the volume-based component.
From surface to volume, a new component could enhance its structure and stability, remaining low weight because of its inner space.
Volume can grow from its faces and edges and generating rules and patterns, perform in different functions as a large-scale object with people can go through the crust (inner space) of a single volume, as an object like interior furniture or as pavilion the modules near each other can form as shelter like surface.
Volume can grow from its faces and edges and generating rules and patterns, perform in different functions as a pavilion or as an object.
formation of module by folding and aggregation
we extracted rules in 2D form, from putting volumes near each other, step by step, face to face, vertices to vertices, face to vertices and by repeating the rules, a pattern starts to grow radially.
